Annual General Meeting 2021
The Annual General Meeting of Fodelia Oyj (“Fodelia” or “the Company”) was held on Tuesday 20 April 2021 at 1.00 pm at the offices of Botnia Law Firm Ltd, Hallituskatu 21, Oulu. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the meeting was exceptionally held without the presence of shareholders or their proxies, in accordance with a decision by the Board of Directors based on the Temporary Act (677/2020), which came into force on 3 October 2020.
